Newly renovated in October 2022! A 3BR, 1 BA beachside cottage on the ground floor in a quaint 3-unit property in Cape Canaveral just over a block from the beach. This cottage features a coastal decor with Queen & Twin pillowtop mattresses, 500 Thread Count sheets, and Bathroom Plus Beach Towels! The property has a private pool, outdoor grill, recreation area, and common area room, with laundry supplies & cleaning details provided as a part of your rental.
There is an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach and a gas & charcoal grill that is shared with the other townhouse. Due to current supply chain issues with Beach Equipment & Young Child Equipment, we recommend using A1A Rentals (beach things) & Baby’s Away Melbourne/Cocoa Beach.
We are a Dog-Friendly property. We charge a non-refundable $100 fee per dog that covers additional deep cleaning. A county ordinance currently prohibits dogs on public beaches throughout the county. Service animals who accompany a person who has a disability are exempted. We also ask that the pup needs to stay clean, with no wet sandy beach pup in the house.
Smoking or vaping in the houses around the property is NOT allowed.
A $100.00 one-time cleaning fee is added to all stays
We charge a Refundable Damage Deposit for Direct Bookings. The Deposit is returned in full when the cleaning team clears your cottage from damage within 48 hours of your check-out.
All stays less than 6 months + 1 day are subject to 7% sales tax & 5% tourism tax.

"We had a wonderful time! This was our first time using airbnb and it was a great first experience. We chose it based on the numerous positive reviews, photos and reputation (Superhost status). As optimistic as we were, it actually exceeded our expectations. Bryan's place is lovely-bright, cheery, nicely decorated and the perfect location. It has everything you could need/want and more. We liked the quiet residential neighborhood, short walk to the beach, pool on premises, quality accommodations and amenities. It was the perfect week retreat for our family in between stays at Universal and Disney. We stayed at the largest of Bryan's three cottages which is even more spacious than it appears in photos. More than enough space for the three of us, which was heavenly (particularly given our cramped, one room stays at Universal and Disney). The available beach equipment made for a great time. Our 10 year-old son had a blast boogie boarding, and having the pool to enjoy at the end of each day was an added treat we all enjoyed. Bryan is an excellent host who made the entire experience effortless for us. "The cottage is exactly as described. Very clean and with fresh colors. The pool is nice and there is plenty of seating around it. Everything you need to spend a day at the beach is there. From beach chairs, to umbrella and toys. Short stroll to the beach. If you want to drive to the beach there were always parking spots available. Bryan was very approachable and usually in less than an hour I received a text with an answer. I know that we will come back. "Our family (we have 2 kids) spent a week at Bryan's place and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect in every way. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and they provided many of the little extra things you need. I was concerned it would be too small, but with the outdoor space and the layout - it worked really well. After a day at the beach the kids were excited to hit the pool.
