Fully renovated in October 2022 with a new bathroom! A 1BR/1BA pool front ground floor, cottage in a quaint 3-unit property in Cape Canaveral just over a block to the beach. This cottage features a king size bed, pool front sunroom and all-new coastal decor. The property has a private pool exclusive to the three cottages and one house on property, an outdoor grill, a recreation area, common area room with laundry!
There is an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach and a gas & charcoal grill that is shared with the other townhouse. Due to current supply chain issues with Beach Equipment & Young Child Equipment, we recommend using A1A Rentals (beach things) & Baby’s Away Melbourne/Cocoa Beach.
We are a Dog-Friendly property. We charge a non-refundable $100 fee per dog that covers additional deep cleaning. A county ordinance currently prohibits dogs on public beaches throughout the county. Service animals who accompany a person who has a disability are exempted. We also ask that the pup needs to stay clean, with no wet sandy beach pup in the house.
Smoking or vaping in the houses around the property is NOT allowed.
A $100.00 one-time cleaning fee is added to all stays
We charge a Refundable Damage Deposit for Direct Bookings. The Deposit is returned in full when cleaning team clears your cottage from damage in 48 hours from your check-out.
All stays less than 6 months + 1 day are subject to 7% sales tax & 5% tourism tax

"Absolutely adorable cottage on the north end of the beach offered excellent privacy while still having the main highway very close by for that quick trip to the livelier parts of town. The short walk to the beach was just right and there is even a small lot at the beach were there were always free apaces should you not wish to make the walk, or even just to haul your beach supplies closet. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint with very amicable and polite neighbors. 2 of the 3 spaces at the cottage were rented but we were never disturbed by any noise. The decor of the cottage was light and airy and really lends to the ambience of being at the beach. Though we only visited a few days, we felt so relaxed and at home that the stay felt much longer. "Nice place, accurate description. Two blocks from gorgeous beach. Lots of items on property to make stay more comfortable, like; bicycles, toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers & more. Free use of 2 Washers & dryers with supplies. Nice property with pool & fenced in. Graciously allowed our 2 large, well behaved dogs.
